Again, Floyd continues to surprise and impress with his clever mark making! The flags on the city building look very similar to the Spanish flag… the KKK reference shares a similarity to the nazarene brotherhood which performs penance rites during Holy Week in Spain and to whom the KKK took it’s costume, did Floyd ever travel to Spain? Maybe this town is Cadiz or another Andalusian town?
